What counts as an enquiry?

An enquiry is a new incoming message or contact from a potential client that AutoDrive responds to and processes. Existing clients already in your booking system do not count toward your monthly volume.
Can I switch plans mid-month?

Plan upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle. We will always recommend the most appropriate plan based on your actual usage.
Is the quarterly discount applied automatically?

Yes. When you select quarterly billing at checkout, the 10% discount is applied to your total automatically. You pay one amount upfront for the three-month period.
Are there any setup or onboarding fees?

No. Setup, configuration, and onboarding are all included in the monthly price. What you see is what you pay.
What happens if I cancel?
